Thanks to a very generous donation from a friend of Oxford, the gym is now air-conditioned, has a lighting upgrade, and has received a fresh coat of paint on the walls and floor. This was an unexpected but much needed improvement in an area of the school used by all the boys daily! We are all very appreciative of the upgrade!
Gym Renovation
The Sugar Shack
The Sugar Shack, which houses an evaporator and is the center of Oxford’s maple sugaring unit each spring!
New Roof on Lind Hall
The Oxford Academy received a grant, for a new roof, from the State of Connecticut Historic Preservation Fund. The public is welcome to view the roof of Lind Hall on the first day of every month between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and at other times by appointment.
The New Oxford Scoreboard
The new Oxford Scoreboard, which was installed in time for the 2014 Soccer season. What a wonderful addition that has been and will continue to be for all our sports fans!
